The up, down, left, right arrows in keyboard. The up down arrows also have a speaker on them Pressing them doesnothing to volume. The left right arrow keys have ontrast symbols on them. Pressing them does nohing. ?????????????????
I think you are not pressing the “fn” key 2nd button from left bottom side. You should keep fn key pressed and then press the up down keys…
And if fn is still not works then you may need to install utility software available for Acer Aspire 5251
