Inspiron 17R  5720  provides really amazing performance with Intel core i5 | core i7 processor with 6GB | 8GB RAM and 750 GB | 1000GB or 1TB hard disk (5400RPM, 7200RMP). Dell Inspiron 17R 5720 is 17.3″ | 17.3 inches screen display laptop, a High Definition HD 1600 x 900 (16:9) screen resolution. A 2GB internal dedicated video graphics card (VGA) let gamers enjoy all latest games. Its least specs can meet the minimum
requirements of every games like GTA Five | GTA v, Call of Duty 4 (Ghost), Need For Speed Run, Blur and many other games + the latest games. Regarding battery timing, 17R 5720 battery timing is not considered as good especially when you have laptop with 2GB internal dedicated graphics card. However, with Intel Hd Graphics 4000 its battery timing is good. The reason for a poor battery timing while playing gaming is that Inspiron 5720 uses 6 cell 48Whr lithium ion battery. On the other hand the latest Dell Inspiron 17.3″ laptop, Dell Inspiron 17R 7720 comes with 90Whr 6 cell lithium ion battery. which is good enough to keep battery timing between 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending upon running multiple programs, or watching moves and etc.

Now come to the design of Dell Inspiron 17R 5720, its almost same as the 15R series laptop only the main difference in design is that
15R laptop comes in 15.6″ display size on the other hand 17R comes in 17.3″ display size. It comes with switchable lid i.e you can change lid of the laptop at any time, just a buy a new lid round $25 to $30 depending upon your location (North America, Canada, Uk, India, Australia and etc.)
The price of a lid may be slightly differ in price depending upon your country. The keyboard is a full sized keyboard including numeric pad but no backlit in keyboard. Touchpad is good to use. Main Ports includes VGA, HDMI, USB 3.0,  and LAN Card
