The brightness rating for both is indeed the same at 500nits. I don’t believe the anti-glare and anti-blue eye safe technology put into the 1080p will be a part of the 4k system. Comparing the two on dells website indicate this is true but it does not say yes or no specifically. Although, I believe the 4k screens goal is secular in wanting an absolutely beautiful screen while the 1080p offers extra benefits like the anti-glare and eye safe technology. According to the web, no 4k screens are good with glare, quite the opposite actually.

Hi. This is not a tablet but a laptop with touch screen capabilities and also the ability to tilt the screen to an angle which replicates of it’s usage like a tablet. Hence, it is called as a 2-in-1.

I’m sure it will be offered with pro. They do that will all their products. Even if they don’t you could just upgrade it your self in the windows store.

As of 7/31/19 there is no way to pre order the new 2-in-1, with unofficial release dates set for “August.” Keep in mind it will most likely be released in the US first and depending on Intel’s ability to keep up with demand for the new ice lake processor will remain a US product. 

I’m just guessing though, purely assuming that is the reason for all of the release delays. It could release all over the world at the same time, who knows!
